Promising Horizons Learning Center is the place to get your child’s education off to a great start! We provide children a strong academic foundation to help them become successful, lifelong learners. We offer day care for 2’s, 3’s and 4’s and we also offer before and after care and summer camps for children in kindergarten through 6th grade.
Our mission at Promising Horizons Learning Center is to provide a safe, nurturing and rigorous education, rooted in Christ’s teachings, for and together with our diverse Frederick community.
