Promising Horizons Learning Center offers a Christian education child care for the Spring Ridge, New Market and Ijamsville Communities. Our philosophy is to provide children the tools they need to thrive in life.
Promising Horizons Learning Center is the place to get your child’s education off to a great start! We provide children a strong academic foundation to facilitate their growth into successful, lifelong learners. We offer day care for 2’s, 3’s, 4's and 5’s with plans of adding additional care in the future.
Our mission at Promising Horizons Learning Center is to provide a safe, nurturing and rigorous education, rooted in Christ’s teachings, for and together with our diverse Frederick community.
